Yes I have had a several dealings with Eric Russ.

I was looking for other options as I have been trying to get hold of him but have had no luck getting a response.

send him a msg on ebay (mackenziejoyous). You might have the wrong email address or contact. Once i had similar problem and couldn't get through then someone here told me that he will reply on ebay and then got his new email

I only have his ebay email and he has not responded to me since before Christmas 2014.
