Need BIOS settings for D8B...

Hi All !

It has been quite a while since I powered up my D8B, about 6 years or longer? I am pretty sure that I need to replace the battery in the CMOS, but I recall that there were settings documented for the BIOS that I need to reference. My HDR will not sync with the D8B as far as the SMPTE readout, which I remember has something to do with the midi interface on the D8B not being assigned correctlyin the BIOS. All the IRQ settings have reverted to Auto on my D8B. Can anyone tell me where I can find this info so I can set it correctly ?

BTW: It is good to see a few old familiar names on here: Crash, Petersueco : Greetings from an old timer and friend !

Thanks, Doug Reid

Hi,
You can find them here, http://www.sonido-7.com/d8b/files/d8b_old_mb_bios.pdf , for the old motherboard and here, http://www.sonido-7.com/d8b/files/hdr_a ... b_bios.pdf , for the new motherboard.

Have a blessed day in Christ,
Mike W.

Hi Old School and Crash ! I have been away from music and recording for a bit...I got burned out ! Spent the last few years doing other things like getting a back operation and two knee replacements . No fun, to say the least. Thanks so much for your help. I still have my home studio and I am trying to get my head around all I forgot about this stuff ! I'm sure you will see me back here soon. Thanks again for the speedy replies...
