I got them from here, and as they didn't have the right length, I trimmed them down. Looks as though they have got the right length back in now...

I notice when selecting the size, they have 3/16" but not 4-40, only 6-32

The size is there now, although not quite the same head as on the D8B screws which are plain, these have writing on them.
