Like I said somewhere else, check the insert point on channel 3.

I meant to say that I researched on previous discussion such as this one viewtopic.php?f=2&t=460&p=3380&hilit=insert+point#p3380 about the channel 3 issue.

Thanks

Time to connect the adat cables from the d8b to the motu and back. Once that is done you will need to make sure that the motu control panel has the right inputs selected for each bank and then set upi your inputs in PT. At this point I can go no further since I'm not a PT user. There are plenty here though.

All the settings match between the desk(d8b) and the Motu Control Panel. When I play something from the DAW I get signal out of DAW into Motu output 1&2(Main),3&4(CueMix1),5&6(CueMix2) and into the desk(d8b) channels 42 and up as playback. I connect a mic into ch1 with signal on the desk but nothing on the Motu Input. In the DAW Audio set up shows ADAT 1 thru 8 as inputs. What am I doing wrong?

And I did notice that I cannot use the transport to play/record/rewind/fast forward, Where do I connect the midi cables from the d8b/cpu to? I was given a Motu MTP AV and have no clue how to use this or connect it. Can anyone help with this? I am a bit frustrated with this, i just feel is a small little problem.. Thanks again

by the way- I use Studio One 2 as well to record and mix.
