version 5.1 Authorisation issue

i think we need to work in software and petition mackie personally i wouldnt cut and solder to the brain board i would like to find a solution like a keygen or nulled copy of 5.1 or mackie just take my $$$ and give me a key :P

You will not find a keygen. The software is not a popular software like CUBASE, SONAR etc. This is a proprietary software for the d8b and only we can do something about it. I believe that in the d8b community we do not have software experts that can nullify the code authorisation.

The only way is the brainboard work around since the petition might not convince Mackie to arrange the code generator...IMHO

Yes you have - the ESN _is_ 5555..., I have programmed it into my chip.
This proves it is working, now I have to optimize some timing parameters to get guaranteed stable communications.
Next major step will be to clone a complete d8b including console esn and CPU hdd and see what happens to the effect plugin authorisation - I expect it to stay unchanged in the process.
