HDR won't load the install on floppy

I would like to install again my Mackie OS 1.4 on my HDR but even if the floppy reader seems to work and tries to read something on it while booting, nothing happens and the HDR boots normally.
it's like it doesn't find the installation on the floppy but I've installed incorrectly the files using the floppy installer.
Anyone experienced that ?
