Have you found a solution to you problem? Red Carpet's post indicates that funky fader/pan behavior might have to do with a faulty power supply. Please check on that and report back. Good luck!

Hi Marc,

thanks for the reply.

I am still working on getting Samplitude Pro X 64 bit to work with Win 7 64 bit.

Is there a way to get the meters to match, the d8B meter lights are very low compared to the meters on the Samplitude

mixer.

Second ? when I scroll through the mixer in Samplitude the D8B mixer goes buggy, I can't get Samplitue to select a

channel using scroll.

Thrid? Sometimes when staring up Samplitude it won't Initialize, I have to shut down the whole system and reboot.

Forth? Sometimes when working with the D8B for a period of time it will lock up, I would then have to reboot the system to get

it working, loosing any unsaved moves.

Fifth? Marc, have you had a chance to test this out with Samplitude Pro X 64 bit, please let me know any config's I may need to

apply to make the D8B more stable.

I will keep you updated on my progress with Samplitude Pro X.

Thank You

Studioa

Hello Studioa,

I'm working on a new release of D8Bridge these days (version 1.1) and your problems should get fixed as I discovered a few bugs in the software. D8Bridge works better with MidiYoke because it was developed on it. Nowdays I'm trying to make it work smoother with LoopMIDI (for my 64bit users, such as you). Version 1.1 should be ready in a week or two.

The meter can't be matched really, it's Samplitude's MCU implementation that decides at which level the meter lights up. Some companies implemented superbly (Steinberg) and some didn't bother! (Sonar). We're at the mercy of the DAW makers.

I'll do some more tests with Samplitude X64 this week, to make sure all things are tight and tidy.
